Beef Fillet Wellington
Beef Fillet with a brandy and Worcestershire mushroom duxelles wrapped in puff pastry.
Ingredients:
Beef Fillet, Puff Pastry, Mushrooms, Flour, Milk, Cream, Garlic, Bread Crumbs, Worcestershire Sauce, Butter, Brandy, Treacle Sugar, Steak and Chops, Vegetable Oil, and Fresh Thyme.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with a fresh garden salad or with roast vegetables. Feeds 4 people. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Eat within 1 day of defrosting.

This product has been made in a factory that uses tree nuts, eggs, mushrooms, coconut, soya seeds and shellfish.
Cooking Instructions
Defrost the pie in the fridge. Do not allow the pastry to get warm. Remove pie from all of the packaging and place on a greased baking tray. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Set your oven to thermofan. Medium Rare: Cook for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Medium: Cook for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Well done: Cook for 50 minutes on 200 degrees, and then reduce heat to 160 and cook for 20 minutes.
