Parmigiana di Melanzane
An Italian favourite. Eggplant layered with tomatoes and cheese and baked until golden and bubbling. Parmigiana di Melanzane is the perfect low carb comfort food.
- 320g (serves 1)
- 640g (serves 2)
Aubergine, Ricotta Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Onions, Cloves, Tomatoes, Thyme, Rosemary, Basil, Salt and Pepper.
NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVES UNLESS PLACED IN AN OVEN PROOF DISH.
Heat in an oven at 200°C (15-25 minutes) or in the microwave oven on high until hot.
*DEFROST PRIOR TO COOKING*
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Remove lid
- Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray
- 320g (Serves 1) – Cook for 15-20 minutes uncovered, until hot
- 640g (Serves 2) – Cook for 20-25 minutes uncovered, until hot
- Ensure food is piping hot throughout, If not, heat for an additional brief period.
- Once defrosted, please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours
